I have a Lexmark Z32. The black ink won't print. I'm using a Lexmark 17GOO50 Cartridge..it just stopeed working. I tried the damp towel, hot water...no dice. I went through all of the troubleshooting and realignment and cleaning routines as well...still nothing. The color cartridge is fine..just no black. Can someone PLEASE help me? Thank you.
