Thanks for your tip.

To update you all, I finally could figure out what went wrong.

I pushed magenta ink too hard, so it got mixed with yellow in the head chamber. Printed few documents with yellow ink to exhaust the contaminated ink and after few pages, I was getting the correct yellow color.

so, don't push the inks too hard specially the magenta.
